  Couldn't recommend enough. The staff are always super friendly, well organised and helpful. I've been seeing physios since I was a child and Phil is by far the best I've had. He's helped me with every strain, sprain or ache and can bring any questions to him. Remedial massages help a lot when those muscles are really tight too! He's given me personalised physio programs to do at home and worked with my PT at the gym, modifying over time to suit my needs. Affordable and worth the money. Group physio classes are great and have helped me gain confidence, strength and manage pain. They also offer gym membership at a great cost to do your own workouts with their well stocked equipment. 5 stars!!

  Everyone’s super nice and the physios all know exactly what they’re talking about so you’ll walk in to a warm welcome by the receptionists then when you go to your appointment you’ll get treated by great physios

  Highly Recommend! This is my second injury I have had fixed by Mandy and the team. Jason has also helped a lot on the journey and all the staff at the front desk are extremely helpful.

  Have been treated for both chronic and acute injuries on and off since 2017 at BIM Mentone. Three different physiotherapists over that period have all been really engaged in finding the right diagnosis and applying a program for short term results and then a long term program for future prevention.

  I have seen Mandy regularly for treatment with my knee injury and related issues and over that time I’ve experienced a steady and ongoing improvement with both pain levels and mobility. Over this time, Mandy has implemented a range of effective short and long term strategies for pain management. Mandy is a highly skilled and dedicated practitioner who shows real commitment to her clients. I have also participated in a weekly Pilates session for the last two years and I really enjoy it. The classes are super friendly, well organised and client focused. I can recommend Mandy and her team of practitioners!
