Just popped in with bub in arms, dropped my return parcel on the desk with my phone open ready for return scan, waiting for a lady to be served in front of me. Was having a look at their beautiful home decor when I heard “that’s all done”. Wasn’t expecting to be served but the lovely gentleman got it done in between helping the lady in front. Always efficient here and always helpful :)
